Founded in 1977 as an excavation and aggregate supply company, Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt is an area leader in asphalt production as well as pre-mixed concrete supply. Our quarry operations not only provide for the majority of our aggregate needs, they are distributed throughout the Front Range.
We are currently accepting applications for the following positions :
- Class A CDL Truck Drivers
Now Accepting Applications for Class A CDL Drivers. Opportunities for day and night hauling. 2 years construction hauling experience a must (asphalt and aggregate). Application is available above. Applicant must include a current (within 2 weeks) MVR with Application.
In conjunction with our two already established asphalt paving facilities, we have recently added a second pre-mixed concrete facility. Our fleet of commercial motor vehicles has grown to over 125 units.
- Assistant Sales Manager
Duties include: Greet and ascertain customer wants and needs, answer phones, take orders, help customers inside and outside. Train and manage seasonal sales team of 5-7 employees. Have thorough knowledge of all products and their applications. Maintain flexibility to help others in multi-faceted office. Work outside to maintain a clean display area and yard. Cold-calling on new potential customers for the establishment of new business; calling on existing customer base to increase existing sales, these sales will consist of building and landscape materials. Miscellaneous office duties necessary to perform the position include data entry, invoicing, managing inventory, handling cash, scheduling employees, hiring employees, etc.
Qualifications: Excellent sales and customer service skills, good organizational &
communication skills, willing to learn, team person.
Management and Landscape experience a plus.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work Saturdays.

- Part Time and Full Time
