Retail Sales Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Manage Customer Sales staff - develop schedules, help develop work policies, disciplining, motivate staff, and advertising. Process customer sales, general customer service, manage Counter Sales activities; supervise yard activities, yard employees and delivery drivers. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous computer experience preferred
- Must possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in confidential situations
- Three years experience in a sales or customer service managerial position
- Landscaping Experience
- Mathematical skills
- Reasoning Ability
- Maintain valid Drivers License
Physical Demands
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Tolerance for high stress levels
- Frequent movement throughout the grounds

Retail Sales Position
Job Description:
- Rocky Mountain Materials and Asphalt has a full-time Landscape Sales position open. Duties include: Greet and ascertain customer wants and needs, answer phones, help customers outside, take and schedule orders. Have thorough knowledge of all products and their applications. Maintain flexibility to help others in multi- facited office. Work outside to maintain a clean display area and yard. Cold-calling on new potential customers; calling on existing customer base to increase existing sales, these sales will consist of landscape materials, miscellaneous office duties necessary to perform the position; including data entry to enter sales tickets, search inventory, handle cash etc.
Job Requirements:
- This person will possess the following qualifications: excellent sales & customer service skills, good organizational & communication skills, willing to learn, team person and good color coordination skills. Maintain knowledge of product line and relevant applications.
